Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule
  • 40 hours per week
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sydney, Australia time with one hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities
● Develop Social Media Strategies: Create and implement customized social media strategies for each client that align with their brand identity, audience, and business objectives.
● Content Creation & Scheduling: Collaborate with designers, and other team members to produce high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to different platforms.
● Platform Management: Manage and monitor client accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others. Ensure content is published on time and aligns with each platform's best practices.
● Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for clients.
● Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure clients remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
● Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. You will have access to tools like CHATGPT to support in streamlining this process.
● Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and presenting strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

● Proven experience as an Organic Social Media Manager, preferably within a digital agency setting.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong creative flair.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design platforms is a plus.
