Your Role at a Glance

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll:

  • Source Top Talent: Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find exceptional teachers globally and UK-based candidates for permanent roles.
  • Guide Candidates: Assist with pre-screening, visas, sponsorships, and relocation logistics to ensure a seamless transition for teachers moving to the UK.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with UK consultants to align candidates with school needs and role requirements.
  • Provide Aftercare: Support candidates post-placement to ensure they thrive in their new roles.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Must-Have Skills:

    • Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to navigate visa sponsorship and relocation processes.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment tools.
  • Desirable Skills:

    • Familiarity with the UK education system or teacher recruitment.
    • Knowledge of visa sponsorship procedures.
