👉 Mission/Purpose:

WeSoftYou’s Human Capital department is committed to recognizing that our employees are our most valuable asset. The position entails running the Retention department effectively as well as sub-departments of Culture Development, Social Package, Talent Development, Environment, and People Partnership.
