Salary: $150k -$170k

Position Summary

The Key Accounts Manager will focus all time and energy on driving growth with Fertility Network Accounts and Strategic Accounts across North America. The primary objective will be to accelerate growth across Vitrolife Group product portfolio in these customers. This role will be responsible and accountable for having an immediate and sustained positive impact growth across the portfolio while strengthening strategic relationships with network high executive management team.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth across Vitrolife Group and increased market penetration within assigned IVF Networks and Chains
  • Utilize quantitative skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization while aligning to our solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, marketing, medical affairs, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned key accounts, including Executive management, Administration, Embryologist, Lab Directors, etc.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Vitrolife Group solutions, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to proactively address customer needs.
  • Identify key decision makers across the networks and opportunities for Key Opinion Leader development.
  • Meet annual operating plan growth targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments, industry trends and capabilities need analysis for senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement Customer plans to organize the strategy for execution across the organization.
  • Assist in product trials and in-service processes for at clinics to understand trends within the network.
  • Responsible for analyzing account/contract sales and profitability.
  • Negotiate Vitrolife Group contracts with the customer and develop contract internally that deliver top line profitable growth.
  • Creates and analyzes data within gap analysis, win/loss, new product launch reports to drive category growth within key accounts.
  • Determines needs for key marketing efforts targeted networks around our solution such as: dossiers, testimonials, case studies, webinars, etc.
  • Partner with medical affairs on product roadmap opportunities and new product development opportunities with key stakeholders within the key account
  • Cross-Functional collaboration to translate network needs and stablish successful account implementation.
  • Establish a management routine that ensures communication with all related functions in the company; logistics, laboratories, scientific support, customer care and all corporate functions.
  • Regularly collaborate with regional business developers for local support and in-service.
    Assist in the development of quarterly forecasts and realistic costs of operating for each product in the territory based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort.
  • Evaluate organizational capabilities that bring clear understanding of end market needs & trends, upcoming regulatory & economic drivers and building a stream of actions and solutions to best position our current and future portfolio.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to enrich existing relationships and network for referrals; Build and promote long lasting client relationships through effective fact finding and solution delivery.
  • Be an individual contributor and implement all necessary processes and manage pipeline to reach targets.
  • Manage the sales reporting functions across necessary systems to ensure proper follow up.
  • Provide high quality training for the end users so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with tact and finesse.
  • Effectively and respectfully communicate, present, and work all levels of the organization.
  • Handle and prioritize a fluctuating workload flow, and other duties as needed.
