Role

Document Management:

  • Organizing and filing documents systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Reviewing documents to ensure they meet the requirements and standards set by the finance department.

Department Liaison:

  • Collaborating and maintaining clear communication with various departments, including Finance, Treasury, and Marketing, to support seamless workflow and operations.

Support for Finance and Treasury Departments:

  • Assisting the Finance and Treasury teams with administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Organizational Tasks:

  • Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative processes and workflows.


Core Tasks

  • Documentation of invoices and liaising with Marketing team
  • Supporting payment process
  • Organizing and filing documents
  • Support to treasury department


Essential Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role


Nice to have Requirements

  • Experience in finance/marketing as assistant
  • Dealing with the invoices/agreements
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


Ideal Person

  • A successful candidate would have 1-2 years’ experience in as an assistance in treasury/finance/marketing
  • know what invoice should look like, the basics of filling document, has excellent organizational skills
