About you: 

We are looking to hire talented individuals who are available to work part-time whilst continuing studies, full time during summer break and are open to commit to a 18 months program duration.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the tech industry and with strong command of English.

The Marketing Operations intern functions as a supporting role in driving the growth of key categories including Personal Workspace Solutions & Gaming. This position works closely with different departments including the global teams and the local clusters, striving for operational excellence in everything we do! 

We are looking for a tactical, organized, positive team player who is responsible for delivering the project objectives and deliverables, while remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions, with a large focus on NPIs (New Product Introduction). In this role you will:

  • Assist the Marketing Operations Manager on the daily duties.

  • Further develop internal portals & webpages - being responsible for creation, optimization & maintenance.

  • Work on strategic projects related to X-Category Standardization, NPI & EOL Management.

  • Analyze data, leveraging best practices and tools while improving on them.

  • Coordinate with operational stakeholders to drive and communicate detailed plans and develop best practices to facilitate high-quality product releases with best-in-class execution.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications or similar field. Must have a passion for marketing.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to proactively solve complex problems

  • Team player – great communicator

  • Open and Positive Mindset, willing to challenge status quo

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

  • Teamplayer, ability to easily connect with various stakeholders. 

  • Familiar with Google Suite.

  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
