E-commerce Operations Intern

As an E-commerce Operations Intern, you will play an important role in managing and optimizing our operations to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders. Utilizing a combination of Excel, organizational, and analytical skills, you will work to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

This role offers a 360-degree view of the Operations department within an eCommerce company, providing valuable exposure to end-to-end processes. You'll have the opportunity to improve your proficiency in Excel, gain hands-on experience with database management, and learn effective methodologies for structuring and analyzing data.

Duration of Internship: 6 month

Requirement: Must be able to sign "Convenio de becario" and have full-time availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Tasks (50%)

  • Maintain and update the Notion database.
  • Review the status of open Operational projects in Asana, ensuring documents are uploaded and tickets are resolved.
  • Manage project workflows and organize documents for proper storage.

Fulfilment (30%)

  • Check daily status of fulfilment orders.

Reporting & Forecast Planning (20%): 

  • Update stock management data 
  • Analyze and interpret data to create reports.
Skills & Competencies
  • English: fluent in verbal and written English
  • Self-direct and proactive: Taking initiative and ownership of one’s actions and outcomes
  • Organizational skill: plan, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently to meet goals.
  • Attention to detail: notice and address small but important details to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Excel/Gsheets: Experience in using Excel/Gsheet, applying formulas and functions
  • Data Analysis: basic data analysis to support decision-making.
