Position Overview 
The Real Estate Event & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the timely booking of all Pre-Screening event venues.  The Coordinator will research, book and maintain communication with the event venue and ensure that the booking and set up of all events run smoothly.  This position will also be responsible for addressing and sourcing work for facilities tickets that are submitted from within the site network. 

What You'll Be Working On (Duties include but are not limited to):
  • Researches and schedules company Screening Events
  • Coordinates contracts and payment of company Screening Events
  • Fills out all internal paperwork for company Screening Events
  • Responsible for addressing facilities tickets
  • Responsible for tracking all facilities projects
  • Responsible for processing all payments for facilities projects
  • Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients and team.

  • Physical and Travel Requirements
  • This is a remote position with no travel requirements. 

  • What You Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Experience with sourcing facilities vendors.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of completely municipality licensing and permitting applications
  • Competency with SignNow

  • Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
  • High school diploma, minimum.  Associates degree preferred.
