This role can be performed remotely or from our York, PA office with a Monday/Wednesday in-office plan.
As a member of the Healthcare team, you will work with other talented Engineers, Project Managers, Directors, and client teams in the design of hospitals and medical centers, supply chain operations, and clinical process improvement. You will use proven and practical data-driven industrial engineering techniques to support and validate cutting-edge hospital design's creative and ground-breaking principles.
Experience Requirement: 2+ years of job-related experience.
Education Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in a hospital or medical facility environment, conducting cost analysis, layout design, or inventory analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Work Environment:
St Onge Company operates both hybrid and remote office options. Client site visits may entail walking tours through the hospital support service and patient care areas. Projects may entail lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Travel Requirements:
Travel is client dependent and typically ranges from 10-15%. Travel will vary from project to project. Travel may be extensive at times and less extensive at other times and may include occasional overnights. Travel may be local car travel, regional train travel, or domestic or international Air travel.
