This is a remote position.


Our client is a rapidly growing scale-up that has achieved unicorn status, now valued at over $2 billion with backing from some of the most prestigious investors in the industry.   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team within a rapidly growing, Series D tech company. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and supporting the development of a scalable sales organization.

  • Manage, train, and coach a team of 8-10 sales professionals in a high-velocity, full-cycle sales environment.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide hands-on mentorship, feedback, and training to empower team members to succeed.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and optimize conversion rates.
  • Forecast sales performance and deliver accurate reporting to leadership.
  • Establish and refine processes to support rapid growth while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth in alignment with organizational targets.

  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth tech environments.
  • Experience in SMB sales leadership; marketplace, health tech, or B2B2C experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-driven leadership skills, with a proven track record of team success.
  • Hands-on approach to coaching and personal development.
  • Adaptable, dynamic, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional time management skills, balancing team leadership with strategic priorities.
  • Proficient in leveraging metrics and data to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Skilled in recruiting and building top-tier sales teams.
