Our client is a rapidly growing scale-up that has achieved unicorn status, now valued at over $2 billion with backing from some of the most prestigious investors in the industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team within a rapidly growing, Series D tech company. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and supporting the development of a scalable sales organization.
Manage, train, and coach a team of 8-10 sales professionals in a high-velocity, full-cycle sales environment.
Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide hands-on mentorship, feedback, and training to empower team members to succeed.
Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and optimize conversion rates.
Forecast sales performance and deliver accurate reporting to leadership.
Establish and refine processes to support rapid growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Drive revenue growth in alignment with organizational targets.
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
5+ years of sales experience in high-growth tech environments.
Experience in SMB sales leadership; marketplace, health tech, or B2B2C experience is a plus.
Strong relationship-driven leadership skills, with a proven track record of team success.
Hands-on approach to coaching and personal development.
Adaptable, dynamic, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Exceptional time management skills, balancing team leadership with strategic priorities.
Proficient in leveraging metrics and data to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Skilled in recruiting and building top-tier sales teams.
