Job description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Exchange Listings at Latoken, you will drive the "IPO" of emerging digital assets, enhancing token adoption and market growth. You will leverage advanced automation tools for prospecting and client engagement, quickly mastering these techniques to generate and close leads. As an expert in the crypto sector, you will evolve into a trusted advisor and team leader, focusing on achieving sales targets and maintaining Latoken's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intensive prospecting including creating and managing telegram accounts, usend automation and messaging sequences in LinkedIn, Email, Twitter.
  • Generate hot leads, transition to closing deals, and manage client relationships.
  • Develop expertise in token business models and startup needs.
  • Build and lead a sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes and Latoken’s reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience 2+ years or crypto advisory experience 2+ years.
  • Ability to create multiple Telegram accounts and avoid blocking.
  • Good to have a credible Twitter account with crypto followers.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Experience in token listings or crypto advisory roles is a plus.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
