About the Position:


Holafly is on the hunt for top-tier talent to assist in the global growth of our Affiliate Program. We partner up with a variety of third-parties, and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them in order to drive sales to Holafly. And, you will be leading our EMEA team of Digital Account Executives who recruit and manage our Affiliate Partners. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the development and execution of the recruitment and account management strategy across the EMEA Markets, whilst spearheading new business and growth opportunities. Key Markets are: French, Portuguese, Italian, German & Arabic.


Responsibilities:

  • Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers.
  • Support Digital Account Executives with their portfolio of partners - from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimisations.
  • Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks.
  • Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.
  • Directly manage and support a team of 5 Digital Account Executives.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English. Spanish is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
  • SEO knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as Ahrefs (desirable).
  • Technical or technological certifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution-focused.
  • Experience in data analysis through different tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Optimize...) which are our best allies. SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious.
  • Proven record in creating and nurturing strategic, revenue-driving partnerships across EMEA markets.
  • Extensive experience in team management.
