Your responsibilities:
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems
Providing technical support and training to users of internal SAP tools
Collaborating with internal departments and supporting them in resolving common issues and requests
Collaborating with the development team in implementing new features and enhancing existing tools
Documenting procedures and improving internal processes
Monitoring and resolving performance and availability issues of internal applications
