About this opportunity  

Are you passionate about ensuring timely and accurate order delivery while collaborating with a dynamic team? Join us at Getinge as a Customer Order Specialist for an exciting 1-year interim opportunity.

 

You will be a part of an Order Management team of 5 persons serving all our markets. The main responsibility of Order Management is to achieve customer satisfaction related to deliveries and to contribute to the fulfillment of corporate requirements for on time delivery and revenue.  The Order Management team is a part of “Operations Planning & Order Management” which also includes the Production planning team. The total organization consists of 11 persons.

  

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end order process, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and financial conditions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Receive, investigate, and answer customer questions related to orders such as configuration, lead time, delivery date, transport mode, transport tracking, and transport claims.
  • Proactively communicate order status against delivery plans and business goals/targets.
  • Collaborate with third party logistic service provider and outbound processes.
  • Actively collaborate with Supply Planners and Production Planners to secure material to be able to deliver to customer on time.

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

 

  • Upper secondary school, complemented with experience from Supply Chain related roles – preferably within Outbound and export.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in order management
  • Experience in SAP or other modern ERP-systems are meritorious
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
