We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to join our Nespresso Marketing Team, located in Rhodes. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of brand strategy by leveraging consumer insights to build successful communication and innovation.

 

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager who will ...

  • Understand our consumer by defining target audiences and creating campaigns and experiences that connect Nespresso.
  • Be accountable for brand performance and development across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Create compelling communications and campaign strategies and track the effectiveness.
  • Lean in to market leading ad tech and mar tech solutions to deliver a seamless direct to consumer experience leveraging our greatest asset our first party data
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to create campaigns, assets and events that make Nespresso loved by coffee drinkers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Deliver cross-functional alignment to ensure brand strategies and implementation plans are cohesive.
  • Understand the performance and effectiveness of all marketing investment and continuously optimise to deliver maximise return on this.

 

This role requires you to ....

  • Have experience working in cross-functional teams and being able to collaborate effectively.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing.
