About The Role:

The Sr. Office Manager will oversee administrative operations for the organization. This role involves managing and implementing efficient administrative systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic planning, coordinate facilities, and lead a team to support the organization's overall success.

What you will be doing:

Leadership:

Build, lead and develop Office Administration team in Japan to support growing company needs

Work closely with cross-functional leaders and their teams to achieve organizational goals and foster strong collaboration and alignment between teams

Keep the team aligned with the business by promptly communicating updates, changes, and decisions

Workplace Experience:

Promote a supportive, collaborative culture that reflects company values and strengthens connections between employees and the parent company within the shared office

Welcome new employees and guide them through the office onboarding process

Planning and organizing company events

Manage company-wide communications such as announcements, and invitations

Ensure awareness of the office visitors and provide general support as needed

Play a key role in cultivating our culture by coming up with unique ideas to make our workplace a better place.

Administrative Operations:

Enhance and optimize administrative functions through the implementation of technical solutions.

Oversee daily office functions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures to support organizational growth.

Oversee vendor relationships and manage office contracts, including .rent, services, and other agreements.

Facilities management:

Organize the office layout to optimize/maximize the office space.

Office space maintenance to ensure safe and healthy environment.

Manage office budget and monitor office expenditures .

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years of operations management experience in tech or relevant industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and retain a diverse team.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to connect individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Adaptability and resilience in navigating the dynamic nature of a growing company.

Experience of working in a multicultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
