POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based remotely in the US. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing profitable sales growth for dormakaba in the assigned territory by closing inside sales of electronic access control, cloud operating systems and integrated solutions in the hospitality sector, from lead generation or qualification through to sales closing.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop pipeline and progresses opportunities through the sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients
  • Attend industry association meetings or trade shows, deliver presentations as the dormakaba Hospitality sales team representative as requested
  • Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies that further enhance the sales of dormakaba’s Hospitality solutions
  • Develop suggestions for new product ideas or product features based on customer feedback
  • Meet or exceed territory sales budget as established by Inside Sales Manager 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 3+ years’ experience in complex selling
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or hospitality or related field experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Experience with site survey tools and quotation systems
  • Lead time and accurate forecasting and ordering
  • Awareness of industry and market trends
  • Successful track record in a field role with the ability to hunt for new business
