We’re a forward-thinking team dedicated to building high-conversion, user-centered experiences across our digital channels. As part of our marketing automation and inbound marketing team, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer Marketing Senior who can create visually compelling and conversion-focused designs for both email and web. If you’re passionate about using design to drive engagement and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to meet you!

Position Summary:

The UX/UI Marketing Designer will play a key role in creating optimized designs that engage our global audience. You’ll work closely with both the automation and inbound teams to craft email templates, landing pages, and ad creatives that convert. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is skilled in creating adaptable designs for multilingual markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design for Engagement and Conversion: Develop email templates, landing pages, and ad creatives that align with our conversion goals and resonate with users.
• Responsive and Adaptive Design: Ensure designs provide a seamless experience across devices, from mobile to desktop.
• Localization-Friendly Layouts: Create flexible layouts for text variations across multiple languages and regions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with automation and inbound marketing teams to ensure visuals support content strategy and enhance user experience.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints, from emails to web assets.
• Content Management Support: Assist in developing a content library with adaptable templates for different language markets.

Qualifications:

Required:

• • 5+ years of design experience, especially in digital marketing or web design roles.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and web, and expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Previous experience with Unbounce, Elementor, or other landing page builders.
  • Localization Awareness: Familiarity with designing for multilingual markets and adapting layouts for language variations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to explain design concepts to stakeholders outside of design.
  • English proficiency C1/C2

Desired:

• Previous experience creating templates in Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar. 
• Conversion Optimization: Strong knowledge of CRO and UX/UI principles, with experience in A/B testing and user-centered design.
