Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 UX/UI designers and driving the design strategy and execution for our SaaS applications, mobile apps, and other custom digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 UX/UI designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business and user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design assets to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and user experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products
  • Experience leading and managing a team of designers
  • Strong portfolio of design work, demonstrating a focus on user-centered design and a range of design styles and approaches
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
