Job Description
  • Develop and implement a winning social media strategy for AI generated content to drive exponential growth (reaching 10K and subsequently 100K followers), focusing on key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Analyze platform algorithms, trends, and guidelines to ensure strategies align with best practices while mitigating risks of penalties.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Social Media Specialists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, AI-generated content that aligns with our brand vision.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, training, and feedback to help the team achieve individual and collective growth targets.
  • Define and track clear KPIs for the team, monitoring performance (follower growth, engagement rates, and content performance) to assess success and refine strategies..
  • Design platform-specific, engaging content calendars to captivate audiences, retain followers, and boost engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of trend-driven, high-quality content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and X threads, optimized for each platform.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to create scalable, impactful, and unique content that sets us apart from competitors.
  • Plan and execute campaigns such as giveaways, contests, and collaborations with influencers or brand partners to amplify reach and visibility.
  • Build and maintain a thriving online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering authentic interactions.
  • Incorporate user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand authenticity and drive loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing teams 
  • 5+ years of experience in managing social media accounts with a track record of scaling audiences to 10K+ followers (preferably on Instagram, TikTok, and X).
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams to achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native insights tools).
  • A creative mindset with strong storytelling, copywriting, and design sensibilities.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership and community engagement.
