About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated Freelance Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn marketing while maintaining and growing engagement across other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, strategic thinking, and creating impactful content that drives engagement and growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy focusing on LinkedIn, while integrating complementary strategies for other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, platform-optimised content, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics, tailored to engage and educate our target audience.
• Audience Growth: Drive organic growth by increasing followers and engagement across all social channels, with an emphasis on professional networking on LinkedIn.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build relationships with followers and potential clients.
• Analytics & Optimisation: Track and analyse performance metrics for each platform, providing actionable insights to optimise content and strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends and innovations to keep our strategy fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated success in growing followers and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in creating and managing campaigns for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and engaging content.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimise campaigns effectively.
• Familiarity with the finance or SMSF sector is a significant advantage.
