Responsibilities

• Spearhead our influencer marketing strategy by identifying, vetting, and nurturing relationships with key fashion influencers
  
• Orchestrate daily engagement across our social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions with our brand’s unique voice
  
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop and schedule captivating social media content that resonates with our target audience
  
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and reporting on emerging trends in menswear and social media landscapes
  
• Contribute to the creation of weekly content calendars, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all our digital touchpoints
  
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare insightful bi-weekly reports to guide our digital strategy
  
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our ethos in all online interactions and fostering a sense of community among our followers
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media management or community engagement, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector
  
• Exceptional understanding of major social media platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram best practices
  
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences
  
• Self-starter mentality with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, current trends, and key influencers in the menswear space
  
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics that align with high-end fashion brands
  
• Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management is a significant plus
  
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate time-sensitive social media activities
