Job Description:

The position is a fixed term contract responsible for supporting two strategic projects as defined below:

1. Insourcing manufacturing from an existing 3rd party to one of our in-house manufacturing facilities.

2. Exiting an existing 3rd party relationship and contracting directly with the manufacturer of the program.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Manages corporate direct order programs serving regional locations. Targets commodities, initiates corporate agreements, builds supplier relationships and negotiates industry competitive pricing models, best practices, service levels and support for our internal customers.

• Leads negotiations and manages the supplier contracting and onboarding process for the assigned supplier(s).

• Establishes, measures and manages a process to effectively: Onboard the supplier(s), Stabilize supplier relationship,Transition the supplier relationship to other Procurement team members

• Supports and mentors Procurement team members with their supplier onboarding and contracting workload.

• Assess and propose opportunities for supplier rationalization projects.

• As required, Author, edit and educate both Procurement team and 3rd party suppliers on contracting processes and key contracting terms.
