• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Salary range: 60K-90K depending on the experience

• KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Develop, maintain and manage a strong base of supply chain and logistics partners to carryout day-to-day functions effectively.
• Ensure timely supply of raw materials in right quality and in right quantities.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure a smooth operation.
• Support Sales and Marketing to seize new market opportunities.
• Ability to maintain strong relationship among the supply chain and logistic partners to strengthen the procurement arm.
• Demonstrate leadership and excellent managerial skills to improve efficiency and avoid inefficiencies.
• Provide management reports accurately on time.
• Ability to envision the future and set KPIs, goals and standards accordingly.
• Ability to travel, represent the company in key events and in meetings.

Candidate Profile:

• Age below 30 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Food Industry.
• Excellent knowledge in commercial and logistics functions.
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
• Degree/Diploma in logistics and supply chain from a reputed university
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both English and Sinhala.
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and being driven from within to go the extra mile.
• Driven by KPI and continuous improvement.
