The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, building, and enriching high-quality prospect lists to support our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Identification:

    • Research and identify potential leads using online tools, directories, and databases.

    • Understand target audience criteria to build accurate and relevant prospect lists.

  • List Building and Enrichment:

    • Create and maintain prospect databases by collecting contact details and company information.

    • Validate and enrich existing lists by updating missing or outdated information.

    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CRM systems.

  • Market Research:

    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities.

    • Generate insights on industries, company structures, and key decision-makers.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation strategies with business objectives.

    • Share regular updates and reports on progress and lead quality.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation or list-building roles.

  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Excellent research and data entry skills with high attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with B2B and/or B2C markets and sales funnels.

Skills and Competencies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns.

  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Details:

  • Full-time status (40 hours per week)

  • Able to work during US Eastern time zone 

  • Salary: 4 USD/hr

  • Location: Philippines
