About The Role

The Associate Growth Marketing Manager will drive growth and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and events, focusing on lead generation, audience retention, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Marketing: Lead organic and paid campaigns to grow LinkedIn presence and generate leads using LinkedIn’s native tools.
  • YouTube Management: Manage and optimize YouTube content, build an engaged audience, and track key metrics like watch time and retention.
  • Podcast Marketing: Launch and promote podcasts, drive listenership, and align content with brand objectives.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and meetups to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and VidIQ to provide actionable insights and measure campaign success.
  • Community Engagement: Develop creative strategies to nurture and grow communities on LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
  • SEO & Social Integration: Optimize performance using advanced SEO and social media tools while staying updated on trends.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasting, and event marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and growing channels and communities.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM tools, YouTube CMS, and LinkedIn strategies.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the e-learning or ed-tech industry is preferred.
