of Hindi-speaking audiences with stories that bring change, spark conversations, and

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Social Media Manager to

take our Hindi platform’s digital presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies

tailored for the Hindi audience.

  • Plan and execute content calendars across platforms, ensuring timely

delivery and relevance to audience preferences.

  • Audience Engagement:
  • Monitor, respond to, and foster community engagement across

platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Build an interactive community by encouraging conversations and

addressing audience queries.

  • Performance Analysis:
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like

Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.

  • Identify trends, optimize content strategies, and ensure alignment with

platform goals.

  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with writers, video editors, and graphic designers to

produce engaging posts, reels, and stories in Hindi.

  • Write compelling captions and scripts in impeccable Hindi that resonate

with the audience.

  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute campaigns for special events, trending topics, and

initiatives that amplify the platform's mission.

  • Trend Spotting:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for

social media platforms.

  • Innovate with new content formats and storytelling techniques to stay

ahead in the digital space.

Key Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or

related fields.

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management are a

plus.

  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands,

publications, or platforms.

  • Proven track record in growing audience reach and engagement.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Hindi writing with excellent grammar and storytelling

skills.

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics tools like

Google Analytics.

  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools and visual content design is

preferred.

  • Attributes:
  • Creativity and innovation in content ideation.
  • Strategic thinking with an analytical approach to social media

performance.

  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
