As Global Customer Operations Manager, you will lead the Global Customer Operations Team to ensure electronic devices and ancillary items are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle management process.

You will work closely with Global Project Management and Clients to ensure project delivery success.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will:

  • Provide global leadership & guidance on all aspects of Global Customer Operations Function relating to the project lifecycle management process to all project stakeholders.
  • Taking accountability for all escalations and investigations from internal and external stakeholders, as required.
  • Accountable for managing the delivery of Deployment Plan requirements for the Supply Chain Team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert within the Supply Chain Team for Global Project Management and external Clients, and providing the relevant training.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the Global Customer Operations Function.
  • Management of third party suppliers and vendors, as required.
  • Ensure training and knowledge within the Global Customer Operations Team is up to date and relevant.

Decision-Making and Influence:

  • The individual is responsible for managing client expectations on global electronic devices and ancillary items for all studies.
  • Influencing the business performance and revenue of the project and clients by ensuring good practices are followed.
  • Have direct influence on good practice and ensure customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
  • Direct Client contact, and will be expected to be a source of information and expertise to provide best practice guidance.
  • Responsible for leading the Global Customer Operations Team.

You’ll need to bring :

  • Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of a global organization.
  • Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
  • Experience of fast paced customer services environment.
  • Accurate data entry and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to operate across global time zones & cultures.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing customer demands.
  • Adherence to site Health & Safety

We’d be thrilled to hear that you also have:

  • Experience of clinical trials and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience of a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in import and export of pharmaceuticals or electronic devices.
  • Experience of operating in global marketplace.
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent, or relevant experience.
