Petal, a leader in healthcare technology, seeks a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling our state-of-the-art SaaS medical billing solution, Xacte, to healthcare professionals across various sectors, including hospitals and pharmacies. By joining Petal, you contribute to revolutionizing healthcare systems, making them more efficient and resilient.

Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be led to:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities using your proven hunter skills in outbound sales, including cold calling and email prospecting.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, primarily focusing on new client acquisition.

  • Utilize advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN to effectively address client needs and close sales.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and articulate their value and ROI to potential clients during presentations and demos.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine sales strategies and product offerings.
