• The starting salary that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $115,000 - $135,000 annually, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary . Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions

Lucet is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external users to gather requirements and design solutions. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will assist throughout the product lifecycle, from design to analysis, using data-driven insights to prioritize decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, and Business Analysts, will be key to your success in delivering high-impact products.

• Strategic Vision and Roadmap Alignment- Contribute to the development of the product vision and strategy and ensure seamless alignment between strategic objectives and their tactical implementation within the Product Roadmap
• Defining Customer-Centric Product Specifications- Identify and define critical product specifications that effectively address customer requirements while aligning with overarching strategic goals
• Product Launch Management and Cross-Functional Coordination- Manage product launches and orchestrate cross-functional efforts to deliver successful product releases within specified timelines.
• Cross-Functional Alignment for Quality Delivery - Ensure Engineering, QA, and relevant teams have a comprehensive understanding of product requirements, feature prioritizations, and optimal user experiences to drive cohesive development and delivery of high-quality products.
  
  

Who You Are

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field
• 3 – 5+ years of experience in a product management or product owner role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong writing and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead initiatives independently
• Ability to distill complex problems into non-complex language
• Experience developing user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, and conducting backlog grooming
• Ability to translate user feedback into actionable designs and specifications
• History analyzing business needs and gaps in product performance
• Intermediate to advanced level of understanding of Product Management principles and processes
• Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodology

• Working Conditions:
• Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
• High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
