Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Manager to support our two directors. Acting as a personal assistant and project lead, you’ll optimise operations, spearhead initiatives, and ensure the business runs smoothly. This role is vital in aligning teams, managing director schedules, and implementing strategies for growth.


Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to two directors, managing schedules, communications, and meetings.
  • Proactively lead and manage initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a liaison across departments, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and document workflows.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Support directors in strategic decision-making and project execution.
