TITLE: Sales Enablement Specialist

Description
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This position will provide sales teams with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help them sell more effectively. This position will also manage the pre-sales workflow and constantly seek improvement opportunities. You will be creating and delivering sales strategy, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals. You will be responsible for receiving and processing sales team requests, assigning the requests to the appropriate teams, and/or fulfilling them based on the type of request while ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will also be fielding lead inquiries from paid marketing channels, warming them, and setting appointments for our top sellers throughout the organization.
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and sales operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. You will also communicate with sales representatives and provide updates and feedback.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborates with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify sales enablement needs and develop effective solutions.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure a steady flow of high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline.
- Provide budgets for select Owned and Operated and DMS Solutions
- Field pre-sales requests from sellers and route them appropriately,
- Provide Sellers with assistance in sales strategy including but not limited to lead list generation, and general sales strategy support.
To be successful in this role you should have the ability to:
- Be a trusted advisor to Field Sales teams
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Develop an understanding of and stay current with the competitive landscape and Gannett Solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills effective across all levels of the organization
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or dispatching
- A customer-oriented and team-player attitude
- Ability to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive execution at record speed.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization
- Proficiency in Salesforce, data entry tools, and Microsoft Office a must.
- Proficiency in Ads 360, Keyword Planner, Simpli.fi, Grader, Spyfu, Facebook Ad Manager/Budgeting tool, ZoomInfo a plus

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $60,000 and $70,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
