ECI is seeking a Senior Account Management Professional to grow and support current ERP software clients in the small and medium sized businesses space.

Our company is growing and creating excitement in the Hardware and Lumber industry with our best in class ERP products. We are looking for account management professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset to help our customers improve their business with a consultative sales approach. Your Future Job

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional with a proven record of supporting existing clients and facilitating growth through the sale of unique business applications. Successful individuals in this role are curious listeners with the ability to identify key business issues and build a compelling ROI to invest in add-on products offered by our RockSolid platforms. You will be considered by your customers and industry partners as a consultant and trusted advisor, dedicated to helping them solve key challenges in their daily business. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to help drive growth for ECI with an industry-leading SaaS platform that consistently delivers results for our customer base.

This role is part of a team with the primary responsibility of managing existing client relationships, while driving revenue with under the direction of strategic ECI initiatives for business applications, cloud migrations, and cross-vertical opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales and account management experience (3 years minimum) preferably selling to “C” level decision makers
  • Prospect and nurture relationships
  • Strong ability to turn leads into opportunities and move through a sales process to effectively close business
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals
  • Experience in managing existing clients within a geographic sales territory
  • Previous experience in software sales (POS sales experience)
  • Lumber or Building Materials industry background is desired
  • Undergraduate degree desired
  • Travel is minimal
