SUMMARY
This as needed position acts as a contact between all clinical brands: US Nursing, Fastaff, Trustaff, and company brands. Working with Health Care Provider Candidate’s with exposure to client facility representatives, ensuring client’s needs and expectations are met or exceeded from a clinical perspective. Manages client expectations related to fulfillment of current open orders by reviewing candidate profile, interviewing, and making a position offer for a job action. May be asked to assist client representative with day-to-day management of our onsite clinical staff when in an active job action. This role supports strike internal and/ or onsite operations. You will be a mediator and evaluator for all clinical matters, to include:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hospitals faced with staffing challenges secondary to expiring contract(s) with unionized healthcare professionals.
- Participate in conference calls & meetings with company brands as needed.
- Assist recruiting department with difficult and sensitive order fulfillment for Fastaff, Trustaff and USN or other company brand positions as clinical subject matter expert.
- Review and interview submitted candidates evaluating for clinical competency and selection based on client defined specialties. Document interview results and clinical updates in company system.
- Partner with Onsite Operations and clinical team during strikes to ensure smooth onsite operations (if on-onsite). If off-site, you may be required to take pm call phone.
- Travel to project locations up to the duration of the engagement (if on-site is needed).
- Interface directly with facility designated supervisors to place core and shift-to-shift replacement associates.
- Implement appropriate discipline measures related to professional conduct or professional practice infraction, on site and remotely, consistent with company policy and sound clinical judgment.
- Clinical review and validation of new Fastaff/USN applicants, based on their specialty experience and qualifications for floating or placement in a position.
- Extended hours and schedule flexibility as required.
- Performs additional duties as requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
- Clinical knowledge of an array of nursing specialties.
- Current unencumbered RN license in primary state.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of
- Bullhorn preferable but not required.
- Good at following instructions and working independently.
- Good organizational skills and time management skills are necessary.
- Strong decision-making skills including the ability to extrapolate from written procedures and policies.
- Good prioritization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Good reasoning and judgment skills.
- A sense of urgency and desire to operate in a sales environment.
- An ability to develop and maintain business relationships.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
- Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range
$44.00 - $54.50
