Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Performs the process of research, from task acceptance until the delivery of final results:

  • participation in sociological research (qualitative and quantitative);

  • quantitative research skills using SPSS or similar statistics tools 

  • carrying out planned sociological, customer & user experiences researches;

  • analysis of user metrics, customer behavior, and pain points;

  • analyzing the CX metrics of NPS, CES, and Churn Rate;

  • analysis and building of personas and customer portraits;

  • conducting research for the construction of CJM

  • independent proposal of conclusions and recommendations;

  • independent initiation & methodical design of research;

  • Uncovering user behaviors, needs, and motivations in order to design products and services that provide value is the crux of user experience research.

  • Helps to provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of multiple users.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer research or related field.

  • Strong understanding of customer research methodologies and tools.

  • Skill in conducting quantitative and qualitative research using SPSS or similar statistical tools and systems such as Qualtrics.

  • Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Conducting insight surveys, moderating usability tests and conducting workshops, analyzing demographics and customer churn

  • English - B2

  • Other EU languages an advantag
