Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Operations Analyst who will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence by improving data integrity, streamlining processes, and enhancing the functionality of Salesforce Lightning. This role will deliver reliable, actionable insights through accurate reporting and dashboards, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. This position requires a proactive and analytical individual who can work independently to drive meaningful outcomes and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Management: Maintain and optimize Salesforce Lightning by ensuring data accuracy, auditing and cleansing records, and refining workflows to align with business needs. Create and manage reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights. Provide training and support to enhance system functionality and user adoption.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed analyses of operational data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and present dashboards and reports that enable leadership to make informed decisions.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable solutions. Lead initiatives to enhance system integration and streamline workflows for improved alignment and efficiency.
• Independent Problem-Solving: Manage workload and priorities effectively, proactively identifying and resolving challenges. Consistently deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role.
•  Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including data management, workflow optimization, and report creation. Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI to analyze and present data effectively.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Lightning, with a proven ability to manage data, create reports, and improve system functionality.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in evaluating workflows and systems to design scalable, efficient solutions that enhance organizational performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• The IDEAL candidate will live in one of the following cities; Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, or St. Louis, MO

Compensation: $80,000 + based on experience
