The ideal candidate will understand global mobility processes, policies, and compliance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth employee experience. The ideal candidate will be based in the CET time zone (+/- 1 hour) and oversee a team of multiple Product Managers. This position reports directly to our Total Rewards Manager.

  • Tax & Legal Compliance: Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure employees comply with global tax obligations. Advise employees and stakeholders on relevant employment and tax laws across different jurisdictions.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating global mobility policies and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and market best practices.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Partner with external service providers (e.g., relocation vendors, immigration attorneys) and internal teams (e.g., Payroll, Finance, HR) to deliver comprehensive mobility services. Manage relationships to ensure high service levels.
  • Employee Support & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees relocating internationally. Provide advice on mobility packages, benefits, and cultural adjustment support to ensure a positive relocation experience.
  • Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Identify and mitigate risks associated with global mobility, including legal, financial, and compliance issues. Address and resolve employee concerns promptly.
