Role Overview

As a Sales Executive with The Academy of Digital Industries, you’ll be instrumental in guiding potential students through the process of selecting educational courses that best suit their aspirations in creative digital industries including graphic design, digital marketing and brand development.

Main Responsibilities

• Engaging with leads to introduce our course offerings, emphasising how they cater to careers in creative digital sectors.
• Conduct consultations to assess potential students' needs and career aspirations, guiding them towards appropriate course selections.
• Maintain active engagement with potential students through various stages of the decision-making process.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on course developments and industry trends to relay accurate information to leads.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
