Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full- time Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team. 



The Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing timely and accurate payroll accounting support across the organization.

Essential Duties:
•    Reviewing time-worked inputs for calculating, coding, or other errors
•    Working with regional administrative staff to provide support
•    Complying with agency invoices daily and preparing them for payment
•    Processing necessary adjustments
•    Working with regional administrative staff for resolution to any issues
•    Assisting with agency/locum tenens invoice entries and journal entries
•    Assisting with the reconciliation of agency invoices to the general ledger
•    Preparing management reporting as requested
•    Performing general clerical duties to include data entry, filing, bulk mailings, and faxing

Qualifications

•    Associate’s degree from an accredited program required
•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited program preferred 
•    Proficiency with automated timekeeping systems
•    Paycom HCM experience required 
•    Proficiency with cloud-based file management system
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate Excel skills
