About role
Manpower Group is looking to hire a Payroll & Onboarding Administrator who will be fully dedicated to the delivery for several globally recognised clients. 
 
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from the office 2-3 days per week, and the flexibility of working from home also. 
 
We seek a well-organised professional with payroll administration experience and excellent attention to detail. You must have experience working in a busy role encompassing employee relations matters – disciplinary, grievance, etc. We will require some flexibility and some degree of meticulousness in this role.
 
Aside from exceptional training we also offer an attractive base salary. The successful candidate will be offered an initial temporary 12-month contract.

Your responsibilities
  • All areas of onboarding employees – including conducting dexterity tests with candidates, uploading documentation to various systems, and drafting employment contracts          
  • Ensuring that the payroll process runs as smoothly as possible – managing any amendments every week, payroll queries, and liaising with the payroll department                   
  • Compliance with legal and HR requirements
  • Work in a structured, organized, and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict process requirements
  • Take responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion, and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the clients
Your skills and experience
  • The successful candidate must have 1+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced payroll/administration/HR environment
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexibility 
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Organized, focused, innovative, and passionate
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with VMS systems an advantage
