Role Description:
System Design and Implementation experience with RPA software products such as: UiPath Software package including, Document Understanding – Form Extractor, Studio, Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere, including IQ BOT and Control Room. Experience using Agile Development Methodologies to manage full life cycle implementations including functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, user acceptance testing and deployment, training, and defining support procedures
Collaboration with client / business process SMEs to gather, analyze, refine, and confirm requirements
Collaboration with client / business process SMEs to ensure management and traceability of all requirements within the Agile methodology framework
Create process design documentation including:
Development and execution of functional and integration test scripts
Execution of end-to-end, performance and security testing
Facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client / process SMEs, including creation of test materials (Test Scripts and Mock Data)
Preparation of training materials, including User Guides and Quick Reference Guides and new-user training scenarios
Facilitate meetings with client SMEs to collect business requirements and understand the end-to-end process, while identifying the suitability of the process for automation
Leads scrum ceremonies for development team, including but not limited to: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning and Daily Standup
Write user stories and acceptance criteria that can be implemented and verified by the development team

Required
- 1+ years of experience in an IT programming development environment using a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluPrism, or Microsoft Power Automate

- US Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant major

Preferred
- Experience using RPA integrating with the following applications:
