Scope of the position: Implement the commercial strategy for the Belux market related to the different segments and the assigned customer portfolio, to achieve the commercial and GM revenue targets. Take care of the relationship with the customer, analyzing the customer and product needs and stimulating new business opportunities.

Activities
  • Implement the commercial strategy for the Gourmet channel competence based on the guidelines received
  • Organizing open-door events, and demo’s in collaboration with marketing
  • Manage the relationship and collaboration with the customer effectively and in line with business objectives
  • Develop and implement a Joined Business Plan
  • Identify the growth levers of the managed client portfolio
  • Organizing sales training with customer teams, marketing and chefs
  • Supervise and study the competition by transmitting to the company any useful information for the business strategy
  • Manage sales forecasts and revenue estimates
  • Carry out reporting and meetings on-site

  • Professional and Personal skills:
  • Education: Bachelor/Master degree
  • Professional Skills: Experience in B2B; Experience in the food industry; Knowledge of the ingredients and, in general, the range of IRCA products; Good technical knowledge and significant experience gained in product application; Capable of developing a joined business plan short mid-term; Strong analytical skills.
  • Experiences: 5+ years of commercial experience.
  • Languages: Dutch, English, French.
  • Behavioral requirements: Strong commercial skills; Strong communication skills; Ability to understand customer needs; Ability to build long-lasting relationships; Strong result-oriented approach; Leadership; problem-solving.
