Position Summary

The Senior Data Quality Assurance Administrator (Studies Processing Specialist) is responsible for ensuring the count study configuration aligns accurately with customer requirements before processing. This involves visual inspections, interpreting customer needs, and understanding internal process limitations. The role includes direct communication with customers regarding concerns, reviewing safety study data accuracy, and contributing to Data Services as needed. This role reports to the Manager, Count Studies Production.

Key Accountabilities

Processing Focus

• Follow established procedures to ensure count studies are configured and tasks are clearly defined.
• Perform QA checks on studies to ensure accuracy and quality:
  • Verify star ratings and study configuration.
  • Communicate quality concerns or unmet requests to customers.
  • Formulate hold notes and set customer expectations.
• Escalate issues to Production Leaders, Team Leaders, or Support Specialists.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and provide process feedback.
• Review safety study data; provide feedback as required.
• Update data feedback systems to close understanding gaps.

Production Leadership Focus

• Serve as an escalation point for team members.
• Provide solutions for processing complex studies and manage resources.
• Highlight turnaround risks and allocate tasks to maximize team efficiency.

Non-Production Focus

• Train new hires and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in team and cross-departmental projects, offering insights and recommendations.

• Familiarity with traffic industry patterns.
• Effective communication skills for raising issues and prioritizing competing tasks.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Education, Certification, and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
• 1+ years of experience in a Data QA Admin role.
• Past experience working within defined processes and quality standards
