Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, during normal business hours

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Data Quality & Process Development Coordinator to join our expanding team in Spain!

Role Summary

The Data Quality & Process Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Services team by facilitating the smooth execution of development and improvement initiatives within DataForce with an additional focus on quality. This role works with relevant stakeholders to support process development and work toward continuous improvement within DataForce.

Role Responsibilities

  • The Data Quality & Process Development Coordinator is responsible for collaboration with the DataForce Services team to identify process gaps, and address them by creating and/or improving existing procedures. This role is also responsible for supporting their colleagues with day-to-day tasks within DataForce Services team

  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify process related needs/gaps and root causes of quality issues

  • Support team in the development and documentation of quality plans, processes and improvement initiatives

  • Collect and analyze data through system and interviews

  • Measure the adherence to set quality standards providing reports and recommendations to management

  • Process and investigate inquiries regarding process documentation

  • Provide support for team members seeking consultation and DataForce services-specific support

  • Collect feedback and findings from stakeholders and share it with the DataForce Services team to ensure continuous process improvement

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
