Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated product matches for accuracy and relevance
  
• Manually research and identify better product matches when necessary
  
• Analyze and compare product information across multiple e-commerce platforms
  
• Make independent decisions on product matching based on available data
  
• Continuously learn about various product categories and industry-specific terminology
  
• Maintain high attention to detail while working with large volumes of data
  
• Provide feedback to improve the AI matching algorithm
  

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
  
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited information
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online product listings
  
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
  
• Proficiency in English and strong written communication skills
  
• Ability to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours
  

Scope:

• Handle approximately 40,000 products per client on a monthly basis
  
• Work across various product categories, with a focus on home improvement and pet products
  
• Collaborate with AI systems to improve matching accuracy over time
  
• Potential for role expansion as the company grows
  
• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break, Eastern time
