Customer Service Specialist for Clickstop Brands

This role is Hybrid with weekly onsite requirements in Urbana, IA.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Aligning with Clickstop’s Core Values to drive our culture and business forward.
• Providing an industry best customer experience for our e-commerce brands: US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, EcoFoil, & Pepper Joe's
• Recognizing and identifying customer needs and opportunities.
• Identifying customers' needs and expectations by being a great listener.
• Continuously improving our processes.
• Working within a highly collaborative team and strategizing with our Marketing, Operations, Freight, and Purchasing teams to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrating our commitment to our brand promise by providing customers what they want, when they need it on their first call.
• Completing daily tasks while living out our values and code through self-awareness and integrity.
• Openly discussing and relaying information with stellar follow-up and execution.
• Celebrating what is going well while identifying opportunities for growth.
