We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive recruiting by sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates for rewarding positions with Miaplaza.

A Day in the Role:

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts to source and attract candidates for a variety of roles from technical engineers to curriculum developers. 

  • Skillfully assess, screen, and interview incoming applications, identifying promising candidates who align with our culture and requirements.

  • Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey, from initial outreach to offer discussions, including alternative assessment requests.

  • Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently. 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Team by drafting policies, crafting employee communications, tracking compliance, supporting special projects, and other administrative tasks.

  • A proven track record handling hiring initiatives, skillfully sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing candidates to meet hiring needs.

  • A natural talent for building rapport during interviews, with the flexibility to adapt their approach for different roles and personalities.

  • Outstanding communication abilities, crafting everything from compelling job descriptions to thoughtful candidate correspondence, with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Deep expertise with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, leveraging technology to streamline recruitment workflows.

  • A mindset that embraces growth, values constructive feedback, and proactively applies insights to enhance their performance and development.

A flexible schedule for efficient and effective work:

  • Talent Acquisition Specialists are expected to have 30-40 hours of availability each week on a year-round basis. This range of hours is designed to offer flexibility in your schedule, and there is ample work available! We consider anything over 30 hours a week to be full-time, so you would be eligible for all of our benefits!

  • Taletn Acquisition Specialists are expected to maintain at least seven (7) hours of availability between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm in a US timezone (ET, CT, MT, or PT) while occasionally taking global interviews outside of these hours as needed.
