Responsibilities

• Process payroll, including overtime, accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee records with precision.
• Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and standards.
• Address and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies effectively.
• Generate detailed payroll reports and assist with internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with HR teams on benefits, compensation updates, and other payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, with expertise in handling overtime calculations.
• Familiarity with managing outsourced payroll services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
