Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and improve IT infrastructure using Microsoft and related technologies.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for day-to-day operations and IT infrastructure.
• Deliver exceptional IT solutions and ensure the stability of client systems.
• Design, install, and maintain new systems to meet client needs.
• Interface with clients, delivering projects and addressing technical issues.
• Play a pivotal role in the planning and development of Brisbane operations.
• Participate in ongoing mentoring and internal advancement opportunities.
• Provide stability and reliability to client systems while managing expectations.
• Travel to client sites as needed, with compensation for travel costs.

Requirements

• Proven track record in IT support or recent experience with an IT service provider.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, Active Directory).
• Knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware, networking, Linux server management, and storage arrays (e.g., Synology, HP).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting client expectations.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
