Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEM, PPC, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize ads, and ensure campaigns are targeting the right audience.
• Conduct ads audits to identify issues affecting campaign targeting.
• Evaluate customer behavior and recommend the best social media channels for engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop online strategies and creative digital campaigns.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth.
• Analyze campaign reports to assess effectiveness and refine strategies for better results.

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Required language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, as you'll be creating materials in both languages.
• Technical expertise in SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok marketing (PPC).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, social media marketing, and user behavior.
• Additional knowledge in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and basic coding (HTML) is a plus.
• Proficiency in ON and OFF-page SEO optimization is an advantage.
